August 2005 Board Meeting Highlights -
The board approved the allocation of funds for the following items for the EHS Community:

1) Allocation of  funds to the following pillars:

2) Allocation of funds to the following clubs/organizations:
            a) Parent Association (directory/handbook & building and grounds)

January 2005 Board Meeting Highlights -
The board approved the allocation of funds to purchase the following items for EHS:

 
1) Scholarship assistance for students attending the 2005 Student Diversity Leadership Conference in Spring 2005
2) Underwrite EHS Botball Team 
3) Underwrite SOS Car Wash benefiting Tsunami Relief Fund
4) Underwrite Club Tournament benefiting Tsunami Relief Fund
5) Purchase of 3 Mini-DVD Cameras for Video Department
6) Sponsor Free Spaghetti Dinner for parents, students, faculty, and staff at opening night of Spring Theatre Production - Scapino.

 

February 2005 Board Meeting Highlights -
The board approved the allocation of funds to purchase the following items for EHS:

1)  Underwrite the Annual Student Government Chili Cook-off
2)  Underwrite Admission Department's New Student Night (April 2005) 
3)  $10,000 pledge for the purchase, training, maintenance of stationary/portable Defibrillators
4)  Student/faculty appreciation BBQ - April 19, 2005

April 2005 Board Meeting Highlights -
The board approved the allocation of funds to purchase the following items for EHS:

1) Fine Art Pillar Support - Digital cameras (2) & Scanners (8)
2) Religion Pillar Support - Grant to underwrite future chapel projects
2) Athletic Pillar Support - Video system (cameras, DVD player, VHS to DVD format Machine)
2) Signage for Spring SPC Championships and Texas State Lacrosse Championships
3) Underwrite Annual Alumni Lacrosse game (shirts & lunch)
